my brain

i wake up with extremely vivid nightmares every night.

i sleep in 20-40 minute increments, then usually wake up, either out of habit or because of my nightmare, until eventually my body gets too tired and stops waking me up. then I’m just stuck.

i get 2-3 hours of actually restful sleep a night. maximum. when i first get into bed it takes me a few hours to relax, and once the lights are off another hour or two until i actually fall asleep.

i take mental cat naps throughout the day, where i turnoff my brain to everything and everyone.i drink more coffee than anybody can even understand.this is how i stay awake.
