i thought the same thing and then decided that life is awesome, and you should be happy.
try that mentality out for a little while.
my brain
i wake up with extremely vivid nightmares every night.
i sleep in 20-40 minute increments, then usually wake up, either out of habit or because of my nightmare, until eventually my body gets too tired and stops waking me up. then I’m just stuck.
i get 2-3 hours of actually restful sleep a night. maximum. when i first get into bed it takes me a few hours to relax, and once the lights are...
